Bettane & Desseauve
Les nouveaux propriétaires de ce vaste vignoble (à l'échelle de Pomerol !) ont fait appel à Hubert de Boüard pour les conseiller. Le résultat ne s'est pas fait attendre et porte incontestablement la « patte » du consultant : grand bouquet de fruits noirs et de chocolat, corps suave et onctueux, long et harmonieux.

"(an 85/15 blend of merlot and cabernet franc) Deep purple-tinged red. Reticent but deep aromas of floral red berries and cherry show an almost fruit cocktail-like quality. Slightly less intense and concentrated on the palate than the nose suggests, offering more delicate red berry, cedar and exotic spice flavors. Smooth and ripe on the long, chocolatey finish."
