Blueish purple. Very scented and purple-scented. Dry finish. Less charming than the Pape - tastes more like offcuts assembled. Rather awkward on the end. Though very Haut-Bailly on the mid palate."

"Ma meilleure note donnée à ce cru en primeur.
Très bon second vin au nez fruité, pur et parfumé. Bouche au profil élancé, charnue au milieu, s'achevant sur une finale un brin ferme, mais sans cesse savoureuse, avec un éclat fin induit par 10 % de cabernet franc. Assemblage : 60 % merlot, 30 % cabernet sauvignon, 10 % cabernet franc."

"This wine has a fine, dense texture that is impressive with its smooth velvet character. The tannins are dark, solid and show a dry side to balance the beautiful juicy fruit. Although this is a second wine, it does have the structure of a wine more senior than that."

"The 2015 La Parde de Haut-Bailly is laced with the essence of black cherry, plum, licorice, menthol and grilled herbs. Supple and inviting, the 2015 will drink well upon release, but this deceptively midweight second wine from Haut-Bailly also has more than enough structure to age well for a number of years. The blend is 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc."

"Rouge grenat aux reflets violets. Bouquet élégant révélant des notes fruitées et épicées. Je relève des parfums de réglisse, griotte et framboise. Le boisé ressort également, d'une manière tout à fait équilibrée. Attaque vive, fruitée et juteuse. Le corps est crémeux, fruité et doté de tannins parfaitement intégrés. Ces derniers sont granuleux et en symbiose avec la structure. Finale fruitée et persistante."
