"One of the few vineyards remaining near the airport in Merignac, Bordeaux, this blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot is made by the Agricultural School. Yields of 20 hectoliters per hectare resulted in a very good wine offering elegant berry fruit, hints of underbrush and cedar, medium body, and fine purity as well as length. It should drink well for 10 years."
