"Still a little cloudy in the glass. The nose is lively with scents of lemon and grapefruit. Marked residual sugar remaining on the palate which seems balanced with well-integrated creamy oak. Good weight and again quite fat. Commercial, not as subtle as other vintages but still fine. Tasted March 2000. (No tasting note was provided in Issue 134. We have instead included the text of the tasting note from the 2001 Neal Martin’s Wine Journal)"
