"Unfurling in the glass with aromas of cherries, sweet berries and plums mingled with hints of spices and licorice, the 2022 Grand Corbin-Despagne is medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with excellent concentration, supple tannins and a bright, lively core of fruit. It's a terrific effort from this under-the-radar estate."

"Dark in color, the wine pops with chocolate, licorice, black cherries, plums and flowers in the nose. Medium-bodied, round, fresh and sweet, the dark red fruits with their lush textures, lift and sucrosity create a gorgeous mouth-feel on the mid-palate and in the finish. The wine is produced from blending 75% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Franc and 1% Cabernet Sauvignon. 14.5% ABV, 3.64 pH. Drink from 2025-2045."

"Couleur sombre et pourpre. Nez intense, fin, fruité, pur et profond. Charnu en entrée de bouche, très parfumé au milieu, avec de la classe dans le toucher, le vin s'étire longtemps en finale sans perdre son gras fin. Il s'achève tramé et sans angle tannique. C'est superbe ! Assemblage : 75 % merlot, 24 % cabernet franc, 1 % cabernet sauvignon? Degré d'alcool : 14°5 - pH : 3,64. Rendement : 36 hl/ha. Production prévisible : 80 000 bouteilles."

"The 2022 Château Grand Corbin-Despagne is a pretty, floral, bright and lively 2022 that has plenty of structure on the palate. Black cherries, blueberries, and spring flowers all define the aromatics, and it has a bright, almost racy spine of acidity, quality tannins, and a great finish. It does well in the vintage and shines for its vibrancy and freshness."

"Le bouquet se révèle avec finesse et précision, en crescendo. Beaucoup de fraîcheur, de définition avec des nuances de baies rouges et noires et de délicates notes florales. Finalement, une touche crayeuse souligne la fraîcheur du bouquet. En bouche le vin est dense, crémeux et soutenu par des tannins veloutés, légèrement suaves. Le vin a du pep, du tempérament et une structure acide qui se révèle en fin de bouche pour conférer de la salinité et de la persistance. Un vin plein d'énergie."
