"Lilacs, black raspberries, smoke, tobacco leaf, and cherries load the perfume. On the palate, the wine delivers fresh, red pit fruits, espresso, chocolate. blackberries and a fun, peppery, spicy note in the finish. The wine blends 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 11% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc. 14% ABV. Harvesting took place September 13 - September 30. Drink from 2026-2050."

"Dense purple-hued with lots of darker, almost blue fruits as well as spicy oak and chocolate, the 2022 Château Siran is medium to full-bodied, nicely balanced, has plenty of mid-palate density, and fine tannins. This classic, elegant Margaux will need 4-6 years of cellaring and keep for 15-20 years. It's another undeniable success in the Margaux appellation."
