"Tiefes Purpur, satt in der Mitte, Granatschimmer am Rand. Eigenwilliges Bouquet, gibt sich leicht krautig und zeigt einen gewissen Luftton, dahinter Blattnoten und gekochter Holunder. Im Gaumen uberzeugt er dann bedeutend mehr, er hat aber ziemlich viel Muskeln und noch kernige Noten welche es zu Verdauen gilt. Ich hätte da - vom Renommee dieses Crus her - mehr erwartet."
