"Couleur sombre et vive. Nez moyennement intense, au fruité précis. Aromatique. Délicat en entrée de bouche, très aromatique au milieu et surtout très bien construit, le vin s'étire en finale, agréable et parfumé, sans une once de tannin. C'est très bon. Assemblage : 90 % merlot, 10 % cabernet franc. Degré d’alcool : 13°5 – pH : 3,65. IPT : 78. Dates vendanges : 23 septembre au 12 octobre."

"The 2021 Château Dalem hails from a vineyard on the upper plateau in Fronsac and is 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. It's a more medium-bodied, elegant, quite pretty wine that has lots of both red and black fruits as well as violets and floral notes. It might put on weight over the course of its élevage (it's currently resting in 50% new oak) and could end up being an outstanding wine."

"The 2021 Dalem, now benefiting from the consulting nous of Eric Boissenot, has a lovely bouquet, quite refined and poised, featuring blackberry, wild hedgerow and light violet scents. The balanced palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins and assiduously integrated oak. It fans out generously on the finish. Classy Fronsac."
