Weinbeschreibung
Der tiefdunkelpurpurne Saft zeigt ein sehr würziges und reiches Dunkelbeerbouquet, das erdige Noten und mineralische Unterlegung vereint. Der Gaumen wird von einem sehr fokussierten, präzisen und enorme Frische transportierenden, fleischigen Rot- und Schwarzbeeramalgamat mit weitem aromatischem Horizont und Kühle soufflierender Mineraliät geflutet und in attakierender Rezeption gehalten. In von belebender Reinheit geprägter Frische endet der Eindruck in einem sehr angemessen bemessenen Finale. Die aromatische Distinktion geht derzeit noch etwas zu Lasten der Feinheit und Eleganz, aber der weitere Fassausbau sollte hier Ausgleich schaffen.
Ein Biodynamiker mit viel Potential und den prägenden Attributen Klarheit und Würzaromatik.
